3. Credits & Billing
Credits are a virtual currency used to access premium features and AI models. Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded except as described in our refund policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Shift Schedule Maker for any unlawful purpose, to abuse or overload our infrastructure, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with other users' use of the service.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content and data you create using Shift Schedule Maker. We retain ownership of the Shift Schedule Maker platform, brand, and technology.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shift Schedule Maker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
